In 1982, I visited Fairplay, Colorado, for the second time... this time with my new family.
The fist time was in 1971 with Leslie when I was commissioned by Western Land Investment Corp. to do a design proposal for a Rocky Mountain Resort.
This second time, we stayed on the Schakel Ranch and enjoyed some horseback riding... a first for Wyatt at age 3.
